In the glass, a soft, pale pink hue glimmers with fine, persistent bubbles and a graceful mousse, echoing frost-kissed mornings and candlelit evenings. Aromas of lemon zest, cool cucumber water, and a touch of brioche unfold gently, leading to a crisp, vibrant palate that feels both refreshing and comforting. Inspired by our Blanc de Noir heritage, the 2021 Brut Rosé adds a subtle warmth and festive elegance to seasonal tables.
