Winemaker Kale Anderson has selected 4 exquisite barrels from the Lambentz vineyard to create the 2022 Fidelis Sauvignon Blanc wine. The wine was fermented and aged in used french oak, enhancing the wine's neutral taste while preserving its freshness and providing a hint of wood. The wine has a ripe, exotic fruit aroma of mango, pineapple, peach, and lychee, as well as a super floral, fruity, and juicy taste. The wine exhibits a smooth and rounded texture in the mouth, with a medium acidity that pairs well with any food.
