2019 Malbec, Oak Knoll

This dark and brooding Yountville Malbec opens with bold aromas of blueberry, blackberry, graphite, cinnamon bark, clove, and vanilla. Despite the palate’s wonderful purity of fruit, it remains very fresh. Bright and ripe flavors of boysenberry, blueberry, and blackberry beautifully meld together with savory notes of juniper, baking spices, and bittersweet cocoa powder. Everything builds to a persistent finish with ripe tannins. Delicious!
