The bouquet opens with notes of blueberry liqueur, strawberry preserves, rhubarb, and vanilla. The dense palate is jam packed with notes of ripe blueberry, strawberry, and raspberry that are accented by rhubarb and sagebrush. Everything is held together with seamless tannins, and a plump, juicy texture. The persistent finish trails off with notes of molasses.
