2015 Our Lady of Champion, Cabernet Sauvignon

Trinitas Cellars was born in 2002 from the devotion and faith of the Busch family. Each of our wines is crafted to express the trinity of winemaking: sun, soil, and humanity. Our faith-based series is near and dear to us and many of our loyal followers. We are so excited to release our first wine in honor of a domestic Marian apparition, Our Lady of Champion. Limited to just 110 cases, this bottle is a rare gem.

Huckleberry, currant, cedar, graphite, charcoal, and molasses simmer from the glass of the 2015 Pelkan Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon. The palate follows with a beautiful texture that is round and seamless, filled with flavors of black currant, black berry, molasses, and a touch of fresh herbs.
