2010 Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley

The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon starts out with tobacco, anise, and cedar jumping out of the glass. Currant preserves exist on the nose as well as transitioning into the palate. Hints of baking spices, particularly cinnamon and vanilla, can be caught lingering in the background. The mouth is round, broad, and abundant with red fruit, a perfect complement to the nose.
